I was out there with my co-workers from Wild Birds Unlimited of Sudbury on Memorial Day early morning at that same spot and we heard that song. We all looked at each other not knowing what the bird was. We tried to track the bird, but did not succeed. Have you heard back from anyone with an ID? I am so curious!
Thanks for all your photos, I enjoy them very much.
I have not heard from anyone with an ID. I also posted in the birdforum.net identification subforum and did not get a reply there. I will try asking at birds.cornell.edu
99% sure it is a Baltimore Oriole. Their songs vary quite a bit from individual to individual. The tome quality and pitch range are good for oriole--and that bit at the end was very oriole-esque.

(I'm not sure if the writer wants his name posted so in the interest of privacy I am not including it.)
